The First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution protects freedom of speech and the right to protest peacefully.  Rightfully, limitations of free speech excludes incitement, true threats, obscenity, fighting words, defamation, fraud, perjury, and criminal conduct.  Regrettably, freedom of speech has become a shield for exploitive and malicious conduct. 

In line with our Mission, Justice for John includes justice for countless law enforcement officers, first responders, and witnesses, many of whom were close friends of John’s.  Attempting to avoid accountability and create reasonable doubt through a third-party culprit defense, Karen Read and her defense team launched a social media campaign flooded with propaganda and unfounded accusations against innocent individuals fulfilling their civic duty by speaking the truth.  

Aidan Kearney is charged with eight counts of witness intimidation, three counts of conspiracy to intimidate witnesses, and five counts of picketing a witness. The Massachusetts State Police continue to work tirelessly to investigate the ongoing harassment perpetrated by “Free Karen Read” (FKR) supporters.
